I am your guide and mentor. With ongoing support and guidance, I give you the power to achieve set goals. Together we navigate the world of conflicting nutrition and health advice to discover what really works for you. With this, you make a lasting change in your health and your happiness.

(1 on 1)
Are you ready to start your new life? Sparkling energy, feeling good about yourself and letting go of all the diets? Then this four-month program is for you. Together we will work on your patterns and we will discuss what is important to you in life.
A health & lifestyle intake interview of 1.5 hours
Customized nutrition and exercise support (including customized gut healing recipes E-book for 2 weeks)
Relaxation and lifestyle optimization through assignments
8 coaching sessions - each lasting 1 hour every two weeks
1 uplifting afternoon together of 3 hours (going to the store/market, cooking simple and delicious dishes together, kitchen detox - tailored to your needs, excluding transport costs) - during which valuable shifts take place
Unlimited online support between sessions
